Arranging your parents' visa from abroad

You are in Manchester, Frankfurt, Toronto or Houston. Your parents are in Lahore, Karachi or a smaller city. Here is how the file can be prepared without you flying home.

Many of our cases start with a son or daughter overseas who wants to bring parents for a visit, but cannot be in Pakistan to collect papers, fill forms and go to the visa centre with them. Our service is online, so you can manage it from where you live while your parents stay at home.

How it works

  1. Free case review. Tell us the destination, who is travelling and roughly when, using the form on this page. We reply by email.
  2. Scope and fee agreed. We confirm in writing what we will do and the fee. Payment details are confirmed by email once the scope is agreed.
  3. Two checklists. One for your parents in Pakistan (passport, CNIC, bank statement, property or pension papers) and one for you as host (status, income, address, invitation letter).
  4. We check everything. Dates, amounts and names are matched across both sides of the file.
  5. Forms and appointment. We fill the forms and guide your parents through booking the appointment and attending biometrics or the interview.

Fees

  • Schengen file consultation: PKR 20,000 per person.
  • USA DS-160: PKR 50,000 per person, or PKR 100,000 for a family of 4.

Embassy or visa centre fees, insurance and travel costs are separate and are paid to those providers.

What we will not do

  • We do not guarantee a visa. The decision belongs only to the embassy.
  • We do not create or supply fake bookings, bank statements, letters or any other document.
  • We are a private consultancy, not a government office, embassy or visa centre.

Common questions.

Do my parents need to visit your office?+

No. The service is online. Your parents share documents by phone or email, and only go in person to the visa centre or embassy for biometrics or the interview.

Can I pay from outside Pakistan?+

Yes. Once we agree the scope, we confirm the payment details by email. Embassy and visa centre fees are paid separately to them.

Can you speak to my parents in Urdu?+

Yes. We can explain everything to your parents in Urdu and keep you updated in English.
